Terms and Conditions of Business

Please note that as we can not deliver all our goods ourselves, we have to rely on carriers. No matter who they are, goods can be damaged in transit. We ask all our customers to sign for goods as unchecked. This is very important if we have any chance of claming for damaged goods in transit. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage if the goods have been signed for in good condition.
All items priced excluding VAT. Tax will be applied during the payment process. You will be fully informed of any tax amounts before payment details are taken.
All goods remain the property of Kois 'R' Us until paid in full.
Damages, shortages, or fault y goods should be notified to Kois 'R' Us within 24hrs of delivery.
